BOOKING & CANCELATION POLICY
Please arrive promptly for your appointment as treatment must commence at your booking time. if you are late then you may have the treatment cut short and still be charged for full session. If you are not able to attend your appointment, please contact the salon through email [email protected] ASAP so we can offer the appointment to someone else or in future you will be requested to pay 50%
deposit to secure a slot. You will your deposit if an appointment is cancelled within 12 hours notice. You can transfer your slot to some one else or re-schedule if you can not make it. (Please do so 12 hours prior the appointment time).

For Group or Large Bookings a deposit of 50% is required and 2 day’s notice is needed to cancel or you will loose your deposit. A complimentary glass of Prosecco while you get Deluxe Treatment or Group Booking, otherwise there will be small charge for the cost of Prosecco.

Please Note:
** The length of time for Manicure /Pedicure Treatments stated on brochures /Website /Booking System is only for guidance as we might require more time or spend less time depending on condition of client’s nails.

** We don’t do on refund on service that has been already performed, please advise at the end of your service if you were not happy with the service or your nails so we can do our best to rectify the issues.

**We offer to fix Gel Polish /BIAB for free within 4 days after your initial appointment then after 4 days (NOT after 2 weeks) will be from €5 to get fixed.

**We offer to fix Acrylic Nails for free within 7 days after your initial appointment then after 7 days will be from €7 to get fixed.
